Welcome to Falkenheim Invest AB and our website, www.maussafety.com. These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.maussafety.com and related pages, ("Website"). The Terms constitute an agreement between you and Falkenheim Invest AB, org. no. 559036-1472, Sockerbruksgatan 20, 531 40 LIDKÖPING ("Falkenheim Invest" or "we").

The Terms and Conditions are only applicable to you as a consumer placing orders via the website. We ask you to read the Terms and Conditions carefully before further use of the website. By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

To be able to order on the website, you must be at least 18 years old. According to Swedish law, Falkenheim Invest does not accept credit purchases from persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment remarks).

Falkenheim Invest reserves the right for final sales and any pictorial and typographical errors on the website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations) or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. Falkenheim Invest has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been quoted for an item you have ordered, we will of course notify you of this and await your acceptance of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. All pictorial information on the website is for illustrative purposes only. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to represent the number of items you receive or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item.

The website and all its content is owned by Falkenheim Invest or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without the written consent of Falkenheim Invest.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you shop on our website, we will save some of your personal data to enable you to complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data and if any information is inaccurate, you can have it amended or deleted. PRICES, CHARGES AND PAYMENT

Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer service. The confirmation is also your proof of purchase.

You can choose to pay by bank, credit card or by invoice. Falkenheim Invest has the right to take payment already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by Falkenheim Invest. In case of invoice payment or partial payment, our partner may make a credit check. In such cases, you will be informed of this. Falkenheim Invest reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for some reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are stated on the website.

Purchase by invoice is managed by Klarna, this service can only be used by customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. When paying by bank or credit card, PayPal and Klarna handle all our banking transactions. Falkenheim Invest does not store or handle any bank or credit card numbers.

Falkenheim Invest may offer campaigns on the website that have more favorable conditions than what is stated in these Terms, such as discounts or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by Falkenheim Invest in connection with the campaign. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. In the event of termination or withdrawal of a promotion, these Terms and Conditions will apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the website are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Goods in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days indicated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, e.g. when booking goods that are not in stock.

You have the right to cancel an order if it has not been shipped.
If you find that the delivery of a product is unusually delayed and you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. If the shipment has already been sent, the customer must accept the order. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from us. If a product is no longer sold, Falkenheim Invest has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. We will notify the customer if a return or equivalent product is available.

Falkenheim Invest's liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the relevant delivery and what follows from these terms. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. Falkenheim Invest has no liability for indirect losses.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE

You have the right to exchange any product(s) you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in the same new condition as when it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.

A product can only be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made and we will issue a full refund. After this, if you wish, you can place a new order for the correct product.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for an exchange to be made. Products cannot be exchanged in a local store. Please note that you may have to pay the shipping costs for the return package. However, Falkenheim Invest will pay the shipping costs when the new product is sent to your home.

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. We will refund any goods that have not been used or are in an essentially unchanged condition. Falkenheim Invest will reimburse the amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal. However, Falkenheim Invest may wait with the reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have shown that the goods have been returned, e.g. through a delivery receipt.

The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose, unless otherwise agreed or there are obstacles to such a refund. Please note that if you have chosen to pay by invoice, the 14 days on the invoice start from the day the package is sent from us. You remain liable for payment throughout the return or exchange process.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

Falkenheim Invest's warranty for MAUS Xtin Klein and MAUS Xtin Grand is 5 years from the date of production (see marking on device). For MAUS Dekke, Nozzle Klein and Holster Klein, the warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase. If the Nozzle Klein is used, it does not count as a warranty case. The EGO series has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, the products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards, in addition to which the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. Falkenheim Invest's warranty only covers the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty claim, please contact customer service.

Please note that Falkenheim Invest's guarantee does not cover:

- Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire or water.
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, falls, etc.), accidents or unauthorized repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches, leather wear and flaking paint, etc.).
- Failure to follow storage advice may void the warranty.

It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the goods when you receive them. If your goods are damaged in transit, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. This applies regardless of whether the damage is visible or not. If, after receiving the product, you discover that it is damaged or does not correspond to the product you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days.

Any complaints should be made to info@maussafety.com or 08-12 00 51 30. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you with further instructions on returning the item. Faulty products returned to us should be treated with care by the customer and as if they were faultless. Whatever the reason for the return, it is of great importance that the product is packed so that it cannot be damaged during transportation. If a product is to be replaced, this is done with a product of an equivalent model. If a particular product is no longer available, the customer is entitled to a refund.

If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Falkenheim Invest and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution function. More information can be found via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Our website may include user-generated content from, for example, social media. Falkenheim Invest AB takes no legal responsibility for such material. If you suspect a copyright infringement, infringement of other rights or for any other reason would feel violated by content published on the website, please contact info@maussafety.com.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

All goods remain the property of Falkenheim Invest AB until full payment is received by the company.

All attempted frauds are reported to the police. Falkenheim Invest AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

MAJOR FORCE

In the event of war, war-like event, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, technical problems, faults in electricity/telecom/data connections or other communication and faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances as stated here, Falkenheim Invest will be able to apply force majeure. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. If this occurs, we will try to inform the customer of this. In the event of a dispute, we will of course follow the decision of the General Complaints Board.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions or your use of the website, except in cases where Falkenheim Invest voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer/user where it is domiciled.

CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS

Falkenheim Invest AB reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the website. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the website), or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes. However, Falkenheim Invest AB recommends that you keep yourself updated on the website regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.

INELIGIBILITY

If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, authority or arbitration tribunal, that provision and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
